Open the Photos app
Select the photo or video
Tap Edit
Use the Markup tool if available
Choose a blur or pixelate app from the App Store if needed
Open the image in the app
Select the face area
Apply blur or pixelation
Save the edited photo
For videos, use a video editor with face blur tools
Export the edited file
