Rinse the retainer with lukewarm water
Use a soft-bristled toothbrush
Apply a small amount of mild, non-abrasive soap or retainer cleaner
Gently brush all surfaces of the retainer
Brush inside grooves and edges carefully
Avoid using toothpaste unless it is non-abrasive
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
Brush the retainer after each use
Clean your toothbrush after brushing the retainer
Let the retainer air-dry completely before storing
Avoid hot water, bleach, and harsh cleaners
