Submit the order before the auction deadline

Wait for the auction to close and the bill to be issued

Pay the purchase amount when it settles

Hold the bill until maturity or sell it earlier in the secondary market if your platform allows

Receive the face value at maturity directly into your linked account

Reinvest manually or set up reinvestment if available

Review tax reporting for interest earned and any gains or losses if sold before maturity
