Loan to Value (LTV) = (Loan Amount ÷ Appraised Value of Property) × 100
Divide the loan amount by the property’s appraised value
Multiply the result by 100 to get the percentage
Example: $200,000 loan ÷ $250,000 property value = 0.8
Example: 0.8 × 100 = 80% LTV
