Determine the hourly rate (regular rate).
Calculate time-and-a-half rate: regular rate × 1.5.
For hours worked at time-and-a-half: multiply time-and-a-half rate × number of qualifying hours.
For total pay: (regular hours × regular rate) + (time-and-a-half hours × time-and-a-half rate).
If converting from a daily/weekly schedule: identify qualifying hours after the overtime threshold, then apply the same calculations above.
