Sign in to your Expedia account
Go to My Trips
Select the flight booking you want to cancel
Check the cancellation policy and refund eligibility
Click Cancel flight or Cancel booking
Confirm the cancellation request
Save the cancellation confirmation email or reference number
If no cancel option appears, contact Expedia customer support
If the flight was booked with an airline directly, contact the airline as well
Review your refund status in My Trips or your email
If eligible, wait for the refund to be processed to your original payment method
