Open the Uber app
Tap the menu or your profile icon
Go to “Your Trips”
Select the trip or ride you want to cancel
Tap “Cancel Ride”
Confirm the cancellation
If the ride has not been accepted yet, you can cancel without a fee in many cases
If a driver has already accepted, a cancellation fee may apply
If you need to cancel an Uber Eats order, open the order in the app and tap “Cancel Order” if available
