Go to the Air India website or app
Log in to your booking using your PNR and last name
Open the “Manage Booking” section
Select the ticket you want to cancel
Click “Cancel Booking” or “Refund”
Review the cancellation charges and refund amount
Confirm the cancellation
Save the cancellation confirmation or refund reference
If booked through a travel agent or third-party website, contact them to cancel
If needed, call Air India customer care for assistance
Check your refund status in your payment account or booking portal
