Log in to HDFC NetBanking or the HDFC MobileBanking app
Go to the credit card section
Open the autopay or standing instruction settings
Select the credit card autopay mandate you want to cancel
Click on cancel, deactivate, or delete mandate
Confirm the cancellation with OTP or transaction password
Check for a confirmation message or email
If needed, call HDFC customer care and request autopay cancellation
Visit the nearest HDFC branch if online cancellation is not available
Verify that no future bill payments are scheduled under autopay
