Go to the Experian website (or open the Experian app if you use it)
Sign in to your Experian account
Navigate to your account settings or subscription/billing section
Select the membership/plan you want to cancel
Choose the option to cancel membership or cancel auto-renewal
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Save or screenshot the cancellation confirmation page/email
If you can’t find an online cancellation option, contact Experian customer support and request cancellation of your membership/auto-renewal
If you subscribed through a third party (Apple App Store or Google Play), cancel via that store’s subscription settings instead
