Log in to the GST portal
Go to Services
Select Registration
Click Application for Cancellation of Registration
Choose the reason for cancellation
Enter the required details
Upload supporting documents, if required
Verify the application using DSC, EVC, or OTP
Submit the application
Note the ARN for tracking
Respond to any notice or query from GST authorities
File all pending GST returns before cancellation is approved
Pay any outstanding tax, interest, or penalty
Download the cancellation order once approved
