Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Tap the iCloud subscription or iCloud+ plan
Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial
Confirm the cancellation
On a Mac, open System Settings
Click your name
Click Subscriptions
Select the iCloud subscription or iCloud+ plan
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation
On a Windows PC, open iCloud for Windows or use your Apple Account settings
Sign in with your Apple ID
Go to Subscriptions
Select the iCloud subscription or iCloud+ plan
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation
If you do not see the subscription, check the Apple ID used for billing
If you are using Family Sharing, the family organizer may need to cancel it
After cancellation, your iCloud storage stays active until the end of the current billing period
