Open the JioCinema app or website
Sign in to your account
Go to Profile or Account settings
Select Subscription or Manage Plan
Open your active JioCinema subscription
Tap or click Cancel Subscription
Confirm the cancellation
Check for a cancellation confirmation message or email
If subscribed through Google Play, cancel from Google Play subscriptions
If subscribed through Apple App Store, cancel from Apple subscriptions
If subscribed through a telecom or third-party bundle, cancel through that provider
