Log in using your registered mobile number or account details
Go to the booked tickets or my bookings section
Select the ticket you want to cancel
Click or tap the cancel ticket option
Confirm the cancellation request
Check the refund status in your account or bank statement
Contact KSRTC customer support if the ticket cannot be canceled online
