Open the Flipkart app or website
Log in to your account
Go to My Orders
Select the order you want to cancel
Open the order details
Tap or click Cancel
Choose a cancellation reason if prompted
Confirm the cancellation
Check for a cancellation confirmation message or email
If the order is already shipped or delivered, check whether cancellation is still available or initiate a return instead
