Open the Zepto app
Go to your Orders or My Orders section
Select the order you want to cancel
Tap Cancel Order if the option is available
Choose a cancellation reason if prompted
Confirm the cancellation
Check for a refund status if payment was already made
If Cancel Order is not available, contact Zepto customer support immediately
