Open the Planet Fitness app and sign in
Go to your account or membership section
Check for a cancellation option in membership settings
If available, follow the prompts to submit your cancellation request
Confirm the cancellation and save any confirmation number or email
If no in-app cancellation option appears, use the app to find your home club’s contact information
Call or visit your home club to cancel in person or ask for the required cancellation method
Review your membership agreement for any cancellation rules or notice periods
Ask for written confirmation that your membership has been canceled
