Open the printer queue on your device
Select the print job you want to cancel
Click Cancel, Delete, or Remove
If prompted, confirm the cancellation
If the job does not cancel, pause or restart the printer spooler
Turn the printer off and on again if needed
Clear the print queue if multiple jobs are stuck
