Log in to your Shopify admin
Go to Settings
Click Plan
Click Deactivate store or Cancel subscription
Choose a reason for cancellation
Enter your password if prompted
Confirm the cancellation
Export any needed store data before closing
Cancel any third-party app subscriptions separately
Check for any outstanding charges on your account
Contact Shopify Support if you cannot access the cancellation option
