Log in to your account
Go to My Bookings or My Tickets
Select the ticket you want to cancel
Click Cancel Ticket or Cancel Booking
Review the cancellation details and refund amount
Confirm the cancellation
Save or note the cancellation confirmation number
Check your bank account or wallet for the refund status
