Click or tap Cancel Order if the option is available
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation
If the order has already started processing, contact Ulta Customer Care immediately
Use Ulta’s live chat, phone support, or contact form for help
If the order cannot be canceled, wait for delivery and start a return if needed
