Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com/services
Find your Xbox subscription
Select Manage
Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
Check for any remaining billing period or refund eligibility
If needed, cancel through the Xbox console by going to Settings > Account > Subscriptions
If needed, cancel through the Microsoft Store app under your account subscriptions
If you subscribed through a third party, cancel through that provider instead
Review your email for a cancellation confirmation
