Sign in to your Xfinity account at https://www.xfinity.com/
Go to Account settings or Manage plan
Select Cancel service (or similar option)
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm cancellation
If you don’t see an online cancel option, call Xfinity Customer Service at 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
Ask to cancel your Xfinity Internet/TV/Phone service
Provide the account holder name, service address, and account PIN (if requested)
Confirm the cancellation effective date and any final billing details
Return all leased equipment (Xfinity Gateway, TV boxes, remotes) using an approved return method (mail or return locations)
Keep your cancellation confirmation number or email for your records
Check your final bill for any remaining charges and confirm service is fully discontinued
