Open the ZEE5 app or website and sign in to your account
Go to Profile or Account settings
Select Subscription or Manage Subscription
Choose Cancel Subscription or Turn Off Auto-Renew
Confirm the cancellation when prompted
Check for a confirmation message or email
If you subscribed through Google Play, open Google Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select ZEE5, and cancel
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, open Settings, tap your Apple ID, go to Subscriptions, select ZEE5, and cancel
If you subscribed through Amazon, visit Amazon Subscriptions and cancel ZEE5 there
If you subscribed through a third-party provider, cancel directly through that provider
Keep the confirmation for your records
