Open your banking app or Zelle app
Go to your Zelle activity or payment history
Find the payment you want to cancel
Check whether the payment is still pending
If it is pending, select the payment
Choose Cancel Payment
Confirm the cancellation
If the payment is already completed, it cannot be canceled
Contact the recipient and request a refund if needed
Contact your bank or credit union for help if the payment was sent by mistake
