Connect the laptop and TV to the same Wi-Fi network
Open the display or cast settings on the laptop
Select the TV from the available devices list
Choose whether to mirror the screen or extend the display
Confirm the connection on the TV if prompted
Use an HDMI cable if wireless casting is not available
Set the TV to the correct input source if using HDMI
Adjust display settings on the laptop if needed
Disconnect from the cast menu when finished
