Make sure your iPad and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
Open Control Center on your iPad
Tap Screen Mirroring
Select your TV or AirPlay-compatible device
Enter the AirPlay code on your iPad if prompted
To stop mirroring, open Control Center and tap Screen Mirroring again, then tap Stop Mirroring
If your TV does not support AirPlay, use an Apple TV or a compatible streaming device
You can also connect your iPad to the TV with an HDMI adapter and cable
Plug the adapter into your iPad
Connect an HDMI cable from the adapter to the TV
Switch the TV to the correct HDMI input
Use the TV remote to select the active input if needed
