Sign out of all Google accounts in Brave
Open Brave and go to Google
Sign in with the account you want as default first
Open a new tab or Google service to confirm it is the first signed-in account
Sign in to any additional Google accounts after the default account
If needed, clear Google cookies in Brave and sign in again in the desired order
If needed, use a separate Brave profile for each Google account
