Open YouTube and sign in to your account
Click your current profile picture in the top right corner
Select YouTube Studio or Manage your Google Account
In Google Account, go to Personal info
Click Photo under Basic info
Select your new profile picture
Crop or adjust the image if needed
Click Set as profile photo or Save
Wait for the change to update across YouTube
