Fill in the new address details exactly as required
Upload the required documents, such as proof of new address and identity proof
Submit the application form online
Note the application reference number for tracking
If online service is not available, visit the nearest ration card or food supply office
Collect and fill out the address change application form
Attach copies of required documents
Submit the form to the concerned authority
Complete any verification process if asked
Track the status of your request using the reference number or office receipt
Collect the updated ration card after approval or download it from the portal if available
