Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Sign-In & Security
Tap Apple ID
Tap Change Apple ID
Enter your new email address
Enter the verification code sent to your new email
Confirm the change when prompted
Sign out of other Apple services if requested
Update your Apple ID email in any apps that use your Apple ID (if prompted)
