Join or start a Teams meeting
Before joining, select Background filters or Effects
Choose a built-in background
Select Add new to upload your own image
During a meeting, select More actions
Select Apply background effects or Background effects
Pick a background from the list
Select Preview if available
Select Apply or Apply and turn on video
To remove the background, choose None or No background
