Open Command Prompt
Right-click the title bar
Click Properties
Open the Colors tab
Select Screen Text or Screen Background
Choose a color
Click OK
Use the command `color` to change text and background colors temporarily
Example: `color 0A`
First character sets the background
Second character sets the text
Use `color /?` to see all available color codes
