Open Settings
Click Time & language
Click Language & region
Under Windows display language, select the language you want
If the language is not listed, click Add a language
Choose the language and install it
Sign out or restart the computer if prompted
On Mac, open System Settings
Click General
Click Language & Region
Add or select the preferred language
Drag the preferred language to the top if needed
Restart or sign out if prompted
