Open Settings
Go to Display or Screen settings
Find Display scaling or DPI scaling
Select the desired scale percentage
Apply the changes
Sign out or restart if prompted
For app-specific DPI, open the app properties
Go to Compatibility
Select Change high DPI settings
Adjust the DPI override option
Click OK and apply the changes
