Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com
Go to Your info
Select Manage how you sign in to Microsoft
Add a new email address or alias
Verify the new email address
Set the new email as the primary alias
Remove the old email alias if desired
Sign out of your Xbox account on all devices
Sign back in using the new email address on your Xbox console or app
