Go to the email provider’s sign-in page
Sign in to your email account
Open Account Settings or Security settings
Select Password or Password & Security
Choose Change password (or Update password)
Enter your current password
Enter a new password
Re-enter the new password to confirm
Save or submit the change
If prompted, complete verification (email/SMS/auth app)
Sign in again with the new password on all devices if required
Update saved passwords in browsers and apps (mail clients, phones, tablets)
