Check whether your carrier supports eSIM transfer or reactivation on a new phone
Back up your old phone if needed
Make sure both phones are connected to Wi-Fi
Sign in to the carrier app or account if required
On the old phone, remove or deactivate the eSIM if your carrier instructs you to do so
On the new phone, open Cellular, Mobile Data, or SIM settings
Choose Add eSIM, Add Cellular Plan, or Transfer from Nearby iPhone if available
Scan the QR code provided by your carrier or enter the activation details manually
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete activation
Restart the new phone if prompted
Test calling, texting, and mobile data
If the eSIM does not activate, contact your carrier for a replacement QR code or transfer assistance
