Visit the official NSDL/Protean or UTIITSL PAN correction portal
Select the PAN correction/update option
Fill in the correction form with the correct father’s name
Enter your PAN details and personal details exactly as per records
Upload supporting documents if required
Submit the form and note the acknowledgment number
Pay the applicable correction fee
If required, send the signed physical acknowledgment and documents to the designated address
Track the application status online
Receive the updated PAN card after verification and approval
