Open your display settings
Select the monitor you want to change
Find the refresh rate or Hz option
Choose the desired refresh rate
Apply the changes
Confirm the new setting if prompted
If the option is missing, update your graphics driver
If needed, use your graphics card control panel
Make sure the monitor and cable support the higher Hz
Restart the computer if the change does not take effect
