Log in to your bank’s official net banking or mobile banking app
Go to the profile, settings, or personal details section
Select the option to update or change your mobile number
Enter your new mobile number
Verify the new number using OTP sent to it
Confirm the change with your internet banking password, transaction password, or debit card details if required
Submit the request
Complete any additional verification required by the bank
Check for confirmation SMS or email from the bank
If online change is not available, use the bank’s customer care, branch visit, or ATM update option
