Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in
Select Sign-In and Security
Select Apple ID
Enter the new email address
Follow the verification steps sent to the new email
Sign out of Apple ID on your devices if prompted
Sign back in with the new Apple ID email
If you use Family Sharing, check that your account changes are updated
If the email is already in use, remove it from the other Apple account first
