Go to appleid.apple.com
Sign in with your current Apple ID
Select Sign-In and Security
Choose Apple ID
Enter the new email address you want to use
Follow the verification steps sent to your new email address
Sign out of all Apple devices if needed
Sign in again on your devices with the new Apple ID
If you cannot change it online, contact Apple Support
