Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad

Tap Change Password
Enter your device passcode
Enter your new Apple Account password
Confirm the new password
Tap Change or Done
On a Mac, open System Settings
Click your name
Click Sign-In & Security
Click Change Password
Enter your Mac password
Enter your new Apple Account password
Confirm the new password
Click Change Password
On the web, go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple Account email or phone number
Follow the prompts to reset your password
Sign in with your new password on your devices
