Visit the official UIDAI website
Click on “Update Aadhaar” or “Update Demographics Data Online”
Log in using your Aadhaar number and OTP
Select the “Name” field for update
Enter the correct name as per valid supporting documents
Upload the required proof of identity document
Review the details carefully before submitting
Pay the applicable update fee, if required
Note the Update Request Number (URN) for tracking
Wait for verification and processing by UIDAI
Download the updated e-Aadhaar after approval
