Select the field for name correction or change
Enter the correct name exactly as per supporting documents
Upload required documents such as proof of identity and proof of name change
Review all details carefully before submitting
Submit the application online
Note the reference number for tracking
Track the status of your request on the portal
Download the updated voter ID card after approval
