Open Instagram and swipe right to open the Story camera
Take a photo or upload one from your gallery
Tap the drawing tool at the top
Choose a color from the palette
Press and hold anywhere on the screen to fill the background with that color
Tap the sticker icon and add a photo if you want a custom background
Use the eraser tool or cutout tools to reveal parts of the background if needed
Add text, stickers, or other elements
Tap Your Story to post it
