Open the Settings app
Tap Date & time or System
Turn off Automatic date & time
Turn off Automatic time zone if needed
Tap Set time
Adjust the hour and minute
Tap OK or Save
Check the time shown on the home screen
Restart the phone if the time does not update immediately
