Open the Twitch app on your mobile device
Tap your profile icon
Tap Account Settings
Tap Edit Profile
Tap Username
Enter your new Twitch name
Tap Save
If Username is unavailable, choose a different one
If the app does not allow changes, use a mobile browser and sign in to Twitch
Go to Settings
Open Profile
Edit your username and save changes
