Open the Reddit app or go to Reddit.com and sign in
Tap your profile icon or avatar
Go to Settings
Check whether your account has a username change option
If prompted, select the option to change your username
Enter the new username
Save the changes
If your account was created with Google, Apple, or email sign-in, username changes are usually not allowed after the first setup
If no change option appears, create a new account with the username you want
